Programs

 

Out to Learn’s ecology and natural resource programs focus primarily on fostering an understanding of ecosystems and the principles and practices of resource management and stewardship.  They are science and geography based and linked to the Ontario curriculum.  The programs reflect an awareness-to-action learning model, foster conservation and a wise use ethic, and interpret resource use activities.   Natural resource and ecology based programs tailored to the Ontario curriculum include:

The Kinark Outdoor Centre also offers outdoor recreational programs that nicely compliment the curriculum-based programs provided by Out to Learn.  Visitors can select from a wide variety of KOC programs for integration into their package.
